Jeremy Boardman, Client Relations & Leasing

With over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry and many of them as a director of guest services, Jeremy is a pro when it comes to creating the perfect resident experience.  His hotel background has exposed him to everything from select-service to full-service upscale boutique properties.  For the last few years, he and Ashley have been managing an apartment building when it hit him:

“People go on vacation to escape their daily lives, to relax and take advantage of attentive service."  And so I thought, "Why not bring that quality of living and service experience home?  I rent and wish my property management company treated me like I treat my hotel guests.  What can I do to enhance the renting experience while supporting the goals of property owners and investors?”

To realize this ambition, Jeremy created Urbane Results LLC.  He structured Urbane like a hotel with similar customer service satisfaction goals and methods.  With rents in the city continuing to climb, residents should experience more value for their hard-earned dollars.  His superb eye for detail and strong engineering skills will keep your property in excellent shape all year round.   

 

Jamie Glassman, Operations

Jamie is also a proud product of the local upscale hotel industry.  Prior to working for some of DC’s best hotels, he was responsible for celebrity V.I.P. sales and service, bringing him in constant contact with some of today’s most popular sports icons.  With a big smile and plenty of energy, Jamie can make any situation positive.  He combines a unique blend of carefully selected phrasing with a casual charm that makes potential residents feel right at home the moment they walk through the door.  Your property will directly reap the benefits of his creative thinking and marketing skills.

 

Ashley Boardman, Accounting

Ashley keeps our office running smoothly and ensures that all financial transactions, bills and obligations are expertly cared for and always accurate and on time.  Every resident and owner concern becomes her top priority while she acts as the architect of our clients' financial success. With Ashley, everything is organized and documented.  She is committed to getting the job done right the first time!

 

Our Staff

We would not be able to provide this great level of service and dedication if it were not for those who work with us on a daily basis.  Our staff compliments the executive management’s goals by bringing a wealth of comprehensive experience and understanding along to each task they address.  All of our staff are native English speakers or possess a level of language competency that allows them to effectively communicate and interact with all residents. Most team members have spent years working for multi unit properties.
