Rental Application

The following form is an online rental application and will be used to evaluate the applicants’ creditworthiness to occupy the unit specified below. All fields below must be completed fully and truthfully in order for your application to be considered.

Before an application can be processed a $40 application fee must be received for each applicant over the age of 18. After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to a page that specifies directions for submitting the application fee. Application fees are nonrefundable.

All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application if they occupy the rental unit for more then 14 total days during a calendar year. All dependants, under the age of 18 who will occupy the rental unit for more then 14 total days during a calendar year must be listed below.

Urbane Results LLC follows all local, state and federal rules, regulations and laws pertaining to rental applications. It is our policy not to consider age, race, religion, creed, ethnic background, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status in the application approval process. If your application is processed and does not meet our requirements, upon request, you will receive a letter detailing the reason(s) for our decision. Application fees are non-refundable.
