Dear Residents, Urbane Results LLC was created with you in mind. We provide a wealth of information on our website including the ability to apply for apartments online and a list of upcoming events we host for your building. For non-emergency maintenance requests, fill out our Online Form. Your building’s owner has hired Urbane to make your residential lives as pleasant as possible. If there is anything you think we could do to improve our services, please send us your comments. If you reside in one of our single-family rentals, just because you don’t see us often doesn’t mean we’re not there. All emails and phone calls are returned within 24 hours! Regardless of the size of your building, you are equally important to us, so please stay in touch using the information on the Contact Us page. For maintenance request you too can use the form on the left. Just as a reminder to everyone, a great way to make sure that your rent is paid in full and on time every month, is to sign up for our electronic funds transfer program by calling our office. Every month we send you an email a few days before the funds are withdrawn from your account as a reminder and upon request will send you a receipt. It’s easy, secure and a great way to stay current. You can now use Paypal to make a rent payment for a small processing fee. A 3% processing fee will be charged and listed under shipping and handling charges. Clink the link below to make a payment.
