Our inspections focus on health, safety, maintenance and occupancy. Photos are taken to document wear and tear over time and to provide owners with first hand information about the condition of their property.
Providing a safe and desirable residential experience is our promise to your tenants. To aid in that effort and to reduce your operating costs, our quarterly inspection process is specifically designed to identify minor maintenance needs, before they cause more expensive problems.
Your property manager will investigate all maintenance requests and will coordinate an appropriate and timely response. Estimate gathering is available for non-emergency and non-urgent repairs. Maintenance that is required by law, part of the lease terms and emergency repairs are addressed without delay. Owners are notified as soon as possible. Preventative maintenance, quarterly inspection reports, cosmetic repairs and recommended maintenance is discussed in advance with the owner.
